GET ACCESS

Congress has modified the definition of an accredited investor to include registered brokers and investment advisors. Also, if a person can demonstrate sufficient education or job experience showing his professional knowledge of unregistered securities, they too can qualify to be considered an accredited investor. For Shoreline Capital Group to open a discussion with a client, the client must meet the basic criteria of an "Accredited Investor". Though subject to additional scrutiny and verification, regulations allow us to rely on a submission by a protective client's self-certification as an Accredited Investor. If you are currently NOT a verified Accredited Investor client with us, we can not speak to you or respond to any requests.
